IE6 - far away from a good browser. (CSS, Security, etc.)

Some people are still using IE6 because that is their default browser on their PC's. Of course developers or other skilled/advanced PC users will upgrade to newer versions or will use Firefox or other browsers available. But there is that approx. 16% market share which is held by IE6, and the users simply don't know and do not care about the web-browser they use.
Now, if we look at these issues from a different angle, the Operating System plays a key role here.
WinXP has still a 67-69% market share which speaks for itself. Most Windows XP versions come with IE6 integrated and most users still use that.
Of course this will diminish in the following years as Windows 7 makes it final debut.
